Movers in Woodland Hills, CA

A Canoga Park crew handling Woodland Hills and the rest of the San Fernando Valley.

Woodland Hills Movers Who Know Warner Center and the Hills

Woodland Hills runs from the Warner Center towers along Owensmouth and De Soto down through Ventura Boulevard and up into the hillside streets above Mulholland. State To State Logistics covers the 91364 and 91367 every week from our yard a few minutes north in Canoga Park, and our crews know which Warner Center high-rises require a freight-elevator reservation, which Pierce College apartments have a single loading bay, and which hillside cul-de-sacs above Saltillo will not hold a 26-footer without a shuttle.

Aaron Vasquez started this company in 2013 after years of driving long-haul for two of the bigger SoCal van outfits. The whole brand promise is the same crew on both ends of a move, never handed off, so a Warner Center condo headed to a downtown Seattle high-rise still has Aaron or Tony Maldonado at the wheel pulling up at the destination dock. For Woodland Hills locals, that same crew shows up at your door in our own truck, in uniform, with the dollies and pads already on board.

What we move around Woodland Hills

  • Warner Center high-rise condos along Owensmouth and De Soto, with COI and freight-elevator windows handled by Brooke ahead of time
  • Hillside houses on the streets above Mulholland and Saltillo with narrow turns and stair access
  • Ventura Boulevard apartments and the older Spanish-style bungalows south of the 101
  • Pierce College student moves on the north edge of town
  • Long-haul outbound to San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix and Las Vegas

Pricing here is the same we run across the Valley: a 2-mover crew with the 26-ft truck is $165 an hour, a 3-mover crew is $225 an hour, and a 4-mover crew runs $285 an hour, with pads, dollies, walk-boards and tools all included. A binding written estimate comes back the same day Brooke walks the home (in person or by video). The deposit is $200 and lands straight on your final invoice. Long-distance jobs start at $2,890 with mileage and cube priced into a binding flat rate, and yes, the SF and Seattle lanes are some of the runs we drive ourselves the most.

State To State Logistics carries CPUC household-goods authority (Cal-T# on file) plus our own USDOT and MC authority for interstate. Cargo coverage runs up to $1,000,000 per shipment; released-value is the standard $0.60 per pound, with full-value protection if you want it. Ready to book a Woodland Hills move? FAQ

Do you handle Warner Center high-rise moves with freight-elevator windows?
Yes. Brooke in our office requests the COI and books your freight-elevator window with the building before move day. Most Warner Center towers along Owensmouth and De Soto give a two- to four-hour reservation, and our crew plans the load order so we are out before it closes.
Can your trucks fit on the hillside streets above Mulholland?
Usually, but not always. Some of the cul-de-sacs and switchbacks above Saltillo and Mulholland will not hold our 26-footer, so we send a smaller shuttle from the bottom of the hill. We figure that out during the walkthrough, never on move day.
Are you a moving company or a broker?
Yes, we are a moving company. State To State Logistics is a fully licensed and insured California mover based in Canoga Park, with our own 8 trucks and our own uniformed W-2 crews — CPUC Cal-T# plus our own USDOT and MC authority on file.
How much is a Woodland Hills move?
Local rate is $165/hr for a 2-mover crew with the 26-ft truck, $225/hr for 3 movers, $285/hr for 4. A 2-bedroom typically lands between $1,300 and $1,940; a 3-bedroom $2,200 to $3,200. Long-distance starts at $2,890 with a binding written quote.
