Long-Distance & Cross-Country Moving from Canoga Park

Cross-Country Moves with the Same Crew on Both Ends

The name on the truck is State To State Logistics for a reason. When you book a long-haul move with us, the crew that wraps your sofa in Canoga Park is the crew that carries it back in at the door in Phoenix, Seattle, or San Francisco. Aaron Vasquez built the company around that promise after a decade of watching the big agent-network outfits sell a quote in Los Angeles and then quietly hand the shipment to a stranger somewhere outside Barstow. No swaps, no relays, no warehouse layovers where your boxes sit next to four other families’ freight. One truck, one crew, one phone number — Aaron drives a fair share of those runs himself.

We hold our own USDOT and MC interstate authority, plus our California CPUC household-goods carrier registration. The eight trucks in our fleet are equipped for cross-country work: air-ride suspension to baby fragile pieces over a thousand miles of pavement, e-track tie-downs so a stack of boxes still looks like a stack when we open the door, and walk boards for any long carry on the destination end. Binding written quotes start at $2,890; the deposit to lock your dates is $200 and lands on the final invoice.

The six lanes we run most

Six destinations make up the bulk of our cross-country book. San Francisco is a 380-mile pull up I-5 — corporate relos and SF condo move-ins, usually a tight COI on the receiving building. Las Vegas is a 270-mile shot up I-15 and our single busiest lane after San Diego. Phoenix sits 370 miles east on I-10, where we start at 5 a.m. in summer to beat the desert heat into the loading dock. San Diego is the easy day run, 120 miles down I-5, with COIs for the downtown towers. Seattle is the long Pacific Northwest haul at roughly 1,135 miles up I-5, two days with an overnight near Medford. Portland is the same lane at about 960 miles, one night in northern California.

  • Same State To State crew loads in the Valley and unloads at destination — no agent handoff
  • Our own our own USDOT and MC authority authority on file, kept current
  • Binding written long-distance quotes starting at $2,890
  • Air-ride trucks, e-track tie-downs, walk boards on every long-haul run
  • Up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage per shipment
  • Real delivery windows up front — Diego or Tony stays on the phone the whole way

Whether you’re a Calabasas family heading to a new build in Phoenix or a Warner Center engineer transferring to a Bay Area office, Diego will scope the lane and Brooke will put a real binding figure on paper. Call (888) 711-4778 to get your long-haul move started with the crew that actually drives it.

Service FAQ

Will my move get handed off to another company?
Never. The crew that loads your home in Canoga Park is the same crew that drives the truck and carries your boxes back in at the door — whether that door is in Phoenix, Seattle, or San Francisco. We hold our own US DOT and MC authority and run the entire job ourselves.
Which long-haul lanes do you run?
The big six out of the Valley: San Francisco (about 380 miles up I-5), Las Vegas (270 up I-15), Phoenix (370 east on I-10), San Diego (120 down I-5), Seattle (around 1,135 up I-5, two-day with a Medford overnight), and Portland (960 up I-5). Other interstate destinations are welcome — we just route and price them individually.
Where does long-distance pricing start?
Binding flat-rate interstate quotes start at $2,890. The number is based on an actual inventory walkthrough — in person or by video — not a guess over the phone, and what Brooke writes up is what you pay on moving day.
How much is my shipment insured for?
Up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage per shipment. The standard released value is $0.60 per pound under California rules, and full-value protection is available as an add-on if you want everything covered at replacement-level terms.
Will I get a real delivery date?
Yes. Because it's one truck on a direct route, Diego gives you an actual delivery window when you book and keeps you posted en route. You're not waiting on a dispatcher to track down which shared trailer has your couch.

Already locked in a date? Aaron's Canoga Park crew carries it from there.

Your written number reaches you inside the hour, and nobody from sales pesters you afterward.
